The breakfasts were amazing with scones, toast plus bananas and all the staff was helpful. The venue was in a very central location close enough to great restaurants and niche cafes and many attractions and restaurants. It also was close to many good eateries around dont forget trying the street food.

The hotel has a lovely design and is very clean. the staff were friendly, accommodating, and provided us with great tips. - the central location is next to a nice neighborhood in a tourist area. - the food was delicious and showcased local cuisine.

Location is perfect! Is located at the heritage trail and very short walking distance to main attractions and wall paint mural.Despite it is located in the central but not the main road it is peaceful and good to sleep! Staff is more than helpful and friendly made me feel like home.Beds and toilets are very clean and comfortable.Breakfast is good too with salads,baked beans,toast and sausages! And free flow of coffee & tea the whole day.

Location is superb in the UNESCO Heritage trail close to all the main attractions and transport hub .Breakfast is free with salads, toast breads,baked beans and egg which is really good as compared to other budget hostel.And free flow of coffee & tea whole day that is really great! What's more free towels and area to dry your clothes ,hair dryer and ironing facilities are all provided for free! Common area is very spacious and room and bathrooms are really clean .Staffs also very helpful and friendly to show us where to eat and what to see in Penang.Definitely will recommend to all !

The location is really convenient for travelers. Bed is soft and the blanket is clean. The staff will serve the breakfast just in front of you. Sitting in the common room makes me relax.

The door can be open without keys. So I think it needs to be fixed.

The room was cheap and neat with free fast computer. Air-conditioning plus free tea. Terrific service. Easy check-in, late check-out. Incredibly nice staff. Good and incredible location, not too far away from a family-friendly museum.

Location is great with the main attractions of Georgetown just a few minutes walk away. Great breakfast with scrambled egg freshly made and included in the price. Free WIFI with signal throughout the property. Very clean and nice communal area.

The walls of the rooms did not reach the ceiling so there was a bit of a security was a bit of a concern. There could have been a better ratio of shared bathrooms to the number of bedrooms.
